Marriage License

You will need a marriage license. It is most convenient if both parties can be present to pick up the license. If only one person can be there, the signature of the other party must be notarized. No blood test is required. There is a three day waiting period, so be sure to purchase your license at least three days prior to the wedding date. It is then valid for sixty days. The marriage license department will usually not take a check. The fee may vary by county. Please bring the packet they give you to your wedding. I will complete the documents and file them with the county.
